According to the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), the official size of a ping pong table is as follows:
Table top dimensions
Length: 2740 mm, i.e. 2.74 meters.
Width: 1525 mm, i.e. 1.525 meters.
Table height: 760 mm, i.e. 0.76 m. This height is the height of the table top from the floor.
Net dimensions
Height: 152.5 mm, i.e. 0.1525 meters.
Width: 1830 mm, i.e. 1.83 m. The net shall be suspended from a rope or wire, the ends of which are tied to upright net posts 152.5 mm in height, with the outer edges of the posts 152.5 mm from the sidelines.
Elasticity: A table tennis ball released from a distance of 300 mm from the table shall have a bounce height of between 230 mm and 260 mm.
Coefficient of Friction: Should be less than 0.6.
Color: The table surface is usually dark green or blue and the net is dark green.
White Lines: A 2-centimeter-wide sideline along each edge of the 2.74-meter playing surface, a 2-centimeter-wide endline along each edge of the 1.525-meter playing surface, and a 3-millimeter-wide centerline parallel to the sidelines and dividing the table into two equal halves.
